Tiffany Milliman

Tiffany’s philosophy towards fitness is that fitness is the beginning of everything that most people want out of life: confidence, health, strength, beauty, vitality, and self-respect. Her programs are based on core strength and flexibility, with a background in endurance training, CrossFit, and Spinning.
She has over 4 years experience in fitness, starting out doing it in high school, and followed her passion four years ago, changing her career from Business Management to follow her passion and her goals in fitness, and to help change lives. As a competitive athlete, Tiffany has completed running races ranging from a 5k to a full Ironman, she also has competed in trail running races and Spartan races ranging from a 5k to 14 miles, she more recently has taken a strong interest in triathlons ranging from a Sprint to a full Ironman in November 2016.
Activities she enjoys: biking, running, swimming, weight training, camping, bowling, trail running, and hiking.
